A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

around 14:02 on April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cvictim’s residence and intruded the victim’s residence through an unrest gate; and (b) took off the victim’s house by putting the victim’s market price as excessively as the market price on the part of the victim’s ownership, and cutting off the victim’s house.
