Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a string of the driver’s seat not corrected by the FM5 car owned by the victim D, which was parked at the lower end of the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sung-dong Seongbuk-gu, and opened into the vehicle; and (b) stolen the victim’s property worth KRW 1,400,000,000 in total, from the wall in the audio bottom space, one million won check; and (c) 1,400,000 won check.

2. Around May 15, 2015, the Defendant opened a car-free driver’s license plate owned by the victim E, which was parked in the street of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and entered the car-free car, and stolen the victim’s property in the aggregate amounting to KRW 200,000,000,000 of the market price of the victim’s possession, including one hospital treatment card, and one cigarette, and 4,000,000,000,000 won.

3. At around 02:40 on May 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a k5 K-5 vehicle that was parked in the street located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and opened a k5 vehicle that was not corrected by the victim C, who was parked therein, in front of the Jmomotour located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I; (b) held a 11,500 won in cash, which was located in the k5 vehicle, and stolen the victim’s property.

[2015 Highest 2225] On March 16, 2015, the Defendant opened a door that was parked in the apartment parking lot of 133-laneed L, as Yang Jae-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, did not lock the passenger car owned by the victim, and cut off with 10,000 won of the market price, which is the victim's possession in the vehicle, and 10,000 won in cash.

In addition, from around that time to July 28, 2015, the Defendant stolen money and valuables, such as cash and cell phones worth KRW 3530,800,000, total market price, which is the victims’ possession, over 13 times, as indicated in the annexed crime list.
