A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 04:32, 2020, was on the front road of Echeon-si, Leecheon-si; (b) opened a steering door door, which was parked by the victim C; and (c) cut off a cash of KRW 200,000,000, in cash owned by the victim inside the vehicle; and (d) one card of IBK Bank, which includes one copy, of the market price equivalent to KRW 60,000,000,000,000,000 won.

2. On January 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 14:52 on January 23, 2020, in a multi-household E multi-household parking lot, the Defendant: (b) opened a string door door door door door door door door door door opened by the victim F to which the victim F was parked; and (c) cut off the market value, which includes a cash of KRW 200,00,00,000, a new bank card, a driver’s license, etc. located inside the vehicle.

3. On January 30, 2020, around 04:18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat which was parked by the victim I in front of the H building in Ischeon-si; and (b) cut off one of the market prices, which includes the cash owned by the victim inside the vehicle, 50,000 won, 7, 100,000 won department store gift rights, and 1,000 Hyundai Card.
