Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00 and by a fine of KRW 2,00,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who works as social welfare worker E in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and served as a social rehabilitation teacher teaching disabled persons. A.

1) At around 17:00 on August 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim F (21 years of age, South) with intellectual disability 1 in the ward of the second E E-2 floor by shouldering the view of the victim F (21 years of age, South). 2) The Defendant assaulted the victim G (25 years of age, South) with intellectual disability 1 in the life room of the second floor of E-2 floor at around 10:0-10:30 on the date of 2013, at around 10:0:30, the Defendant used the victim G (25 years of age, South) with intellectual disability 1 in drinking at the time of life in the ward of the second floor of E-2 floor, at the face of the hand floor of the victim, and at once in the body of the victim, the Defendant used the victim's body once.

B. From July 2013 to around 21:00, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act: (a) led the victim H(15 years of age, n) with intellectual disability 2 in the third floor above E in a main place; and (b) put him into the victim’s entrance; (c) put him/her in the spores; and (d) put him/her in the spores; and (c) harming the victim’s body by taking the spores as a spores; and (d) at the same time, harming the child’s mental health and development.

2. Defendant B is a person who serves as a social welfare worker of the above E and serves as a social rehabilitation teacher teaching disabled persons. A.

On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) led the victim H (15 years of age, female) with intellectual disability 2 in the above E-3 floor, and assaulted the victim’s face two to three times in his/her hands; and (b) at the same time, abused a child’s mental health and development.

B. On July 16, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) led the victim H in front of the counseling room, as described in the preceding paragraph, from the third floor of the above E, and assaulted the victim’s face two or three times; (b) at the same time, injured the victim’s body; and (c) abused the victim’s mental health and development.
