A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, it shall be gold.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a motor vehicle without registration at approximately 18 km section from the front side of the Gangseo-si to the front road of the Gangnam-si without obtaining a license for a bicycle for a motor device at around 12:20 on August 18, 2017.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on August 18, 2017, the Defendant operated an unregistered diab, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 18 km section from the front road of Gangseo-si to the front road of Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, to the front road of about 400 km-si.
