Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2017, the Defendant driven a cub car in the section of about 30 meters from the back side of the seat hotel of the Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, to the front side of the cubol child care center, without obtaining a driver's license, from around 11:0 to 30 meters from the front side of the cubol child care center.
