W. The Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, this decision is delivered with respect to Defendant W.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with Z, between June 18, 2015 and July 16, 2015, the Defendants operated the mutual game site of “AB Gameland” in the name of Defendant W in the Bluse City from Jun. 18, 2015, and operated the game site of “AB Gameland” in the name of Defendant W. There exists a separate settlement window different from the contents of the rating in the said game site, and 40 game products by installing 40 game products of “Tlang”, which are game products with specific video products (e.g., game products with visual and smoke) added, and offered them for use by many unspecified customers, and requested exchange of game scores obtained by the said customers using the said game, by paying KRW 9,000, an amount calculated by subtracting the fee of 10% per 10,000 won per game score.

As a result, the Defendants provided game products with contents different from the classified game products in collusion with the Z, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products as a business.
