Punishment of the crime

B, C, and D conspired with each other to operate the game site of “F Gameland” in the name of Defendant B from June 18, 2015 to July 16, 2015, while operating the game site of “F Gameland” in the name of Defendant B from June 18, 2015, there exists a separate settlement window different from the contents of the rating in the above game site, and 40 game products, a game product with a function (e.g., e., a game product with a function (e., a performance) that results after a specific video was generated, are installed and provided for the use of unspecified majority of customers, and they request exchange of the game score obtained by the above customers as a result of the use of the game by paying 9,000 won per 10,000 won per game score.

As above, the Defendant confirmed the winning points acquired by customers through the use of game in the game room by being aware of the fact that C, etc. exchanged game points obtained by customers, and then informed B thereof, or made it easy for C, etc. to engage in money exchange business by working as an employee, such as doing harm to customers’ hearts.
