A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court, which became final and conclusive on January 27, 2018, and is currently suspended.

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of assault in Seoul Western District Court on May 10, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 2018, and was also under suspension of the execution of the above punishment at the time of prosecution, but the grace period was imposed as of the date of sentence.

The Defendant, while residing in the jurisdiction of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station B District, had approximately 44 notice disposition and about 16 summary judgments, was dissatisfied with the Pyeongtaek B District.
