Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2018, at the front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) stated that he received a notification from police officers in the form of a arche-type; and (b) made the back gate of the D vehicle, the patrolr of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station C District Police Station, three times a boom-type, thereby damaging the repair cost of KRW 214,255.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
