The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. 그럼에도 불구하고, 피고인은 2018. 1. 30. 19:01경 불상의 장소에서, 피해자 D이 피고인의 여자친구를 강제추행한 사실에 대해 항의하기 위하여 연락을 하였으나 피해자가 연락을 피한다는 이유로 피해자의 C 메시지로 ‘넌 좃됫다 진짜ㅋㅋ'라는 메시지를 보낸 것을 비롯하여 그때부터 같은 해 2018. 5. 7.경까지 범죄일람표 2 기재와 같이 8회에 걸쳐 공포심이나 불안감을 유발하는 문언을 반복적으로 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.
