A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 16, 2013, around 16:00, the Defendant discovered that the victim C’s vehicle door, which was stopped in the Busan National University located in the Geum-dong, Busan National University, was opened, and 500,000 won in cash on the front line and 2 keyss were stolen.

2. On April 22, 2014, around 10:00, the Defendant entered the lecture room 203 of the EFA located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, and the victim F was stolen by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim F was temporarily locked, one of the Samsung BpPC at the market price equivalent to one million won owned by the victim.

3. On April 22, 2014, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the lecture room of 304 of the said EFA; (b) stolen cash 100,000 won owned by the victim, using the gap in the victim G-place; (c) 100,000 won of gift certificates; (d) 100,000 won of gift certificates; and (e) cM bags equivalent to 300,000 won of the market price where identification

4. On July 30, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant entered the 715 J Education Center located in the G department store located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, and 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim K using the crepan in which the victim K was temporarily locked, and 200,000 won in market price with various card and identification cards were stolen.

5. 피고인은 2014. 7. 30. 15:30경 부산 금정구 H 소재 L어학원 403호 강의실에 들어가, 피해자 M가 잠시 자리를 비운 틈을 이용하여 그곳에 있던 피해자 소유의 현금 3만원, 신한은행 직불카드 1장, 롯데카드 1장, 현대카드 1장, 삼성카드 1장, 우리은행 체크카드 1장, 운전면허증 1장, 신한은행 보안카드 1장, 우리은행 보안카드 1장, 농협 보안카드 1장이 들어 있는 시가 126만원 상당의 샤넬 중지갑을 가져가 절취하였다.

6. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant EF Research Institute No. 203 lecture room; and (b) took two keys of the two subway lines owned by the victim using the gap in which the victim N was divingd.
