1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. The plaintiff and the defendant reside in the same apartment complex, and the defendant committed a tort against the plaintiff as follows.

1) From March 4, 2015, the Defendant continuously sent Kaxa and letters to the extent that the Plaintiff could not lead a daily life. (2) On April 17, 2015, the Defendant sent obscene materials to the Plaintiff’s mobile phone and caused the Plaintiff to feel a sense of shame.

7) Although the Defendant abused the Plaintiff on or around August 10, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a false complaint and filed a false complaint against the Plaintiff. (8) The Defendant spreaded the false fact that the Plaintiff and the Defendant were in in inhumane relationship to the occupants from February 2, 2015 to April 2015.
