1. Defendant B’s KRW 1,00,000 as well as 5% per annum from June 29, 2012 to January 13, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff's assertion

A. (1) Around 13:40 on June 29, 2012, Defendant B infringed upon the Plaintiff’s house, and found the Plaintiff to have abused the Plaintiff’s personal attack and insulting verbal abuse, such as “psychosa, another person with a mental disorder, and sick person,” and assaulted the Plaintiff, spreading false facts, thereby impairing the honor, and harming the Plaintiff’s reputation.

(2) 피고 B은 2012. 8. 23. 15:29경 원고의 집에 찾아와 폭언을 하고 협박을 하며, “원고가 관리소장에게 돈을 주고 꼬드겨 빽으로 들어와 사고 있다”는 허위 사실을 유포하였다.

(3) On August 29, 2012, Defendant B, at around 12:25, 2012, asked the Plaintiff to take a trial fee, and spread false facts by verbal abuse, such as “psychopaths, another person, sick, and staleed stale,” and subsequently, the police officer called out to the police station. As such, Defendant B sold the Plaintiff with the intent to leave the police station.

(4) Defendant B spreads false facts such as the Plaintiff’s aging and aging, and sexual traffic.

(5) Inasmuch as the Plaintiff suffered physical or mental pain due to the tort committed by Defendant B, the Plaintiff sought compensation for damages (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 15,000,000 won and statutory interest or delay damages therefrom in light of the overall purport of the documents and arguments submitted by the Plaintiff).

나. 피고 C에 대한 주장 (1) 피고 C은 2011. 8. 24. 02:58경 원고의 집에 찾아와 문을 흔들고 발로 차면서 문을 열라고 소란을 피웠고, 같은 날 15:00경 원고의 집에 침입하여 욕설을 하고 시비를 걸었으며, 원고의 뺨을 때리는 등 폭행하고, “관리소장한테 돈 주고 빽으로 이사와 살고 있다”는 허위사실을 유포하였으며, 그 다음날 20:00경에도 찾아와 욕설을 하고 허위사실을 유포하였다.

(2) Around June 29, 2012, Defendant C returned to Dongdong with Defendant B, and “psychopaths, sick, year, year, year, year, year, year, year, year, year, and the director of the management office” shall be attached.
