1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,713,858 and interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 19, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff entered into a labor contract with the Defendant, and provided labor by being employed by the Defendant from November 13, 2006 to August 4, 2018, and retired.

The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 52,713,858 (i.e., wages of KRW 16,056,541 retirement pay of KRW 36,657,317), which was 14 days after August 4, 2018, without any agreement on extension of the due date.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 52,713,858 won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 19, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the 14th day from the date of retirement.
