Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in Vietnam food sales business under the trade name of “C” in the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall sell foods, etc., the import of which is prohibited, or foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale, and no person shall sell foods, etc., import, display, transport such foods, etc. for sale, or use them for business, unless the labeling standards are indicated in Korean;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. From July 2012, the Plaintiff purchased food, such as Vietnam’s coffee amper (G7), Vietnam’s rice content (H7), sea water stoves, and rice stoves (stoves), and sold it to the display stand in the Defendant’s residence, and around July 16, 2013, the Plaintiff sold it to the display stand in the Defendant’s residence for sale.

B.
