Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in miscellaneous, tobacco, and food retail business under the trade name of “Cmat” in Sinsan City B.

1. No person who violates the Food Sanitation Act shall sell foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods for the purpose of sale, and no person shall sell imported foods, import, display or transport such foods for the purpose of sale, or use them for business

Nevertheless, even if the Defendant is not a pharmacy founder, from November 201 to April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 13 kinds of drugs, such as gyna (in Korea, piracy control), gynalet, etc., imported without obtaining permission from, or filing a report from, the competent authority; and (b) displayed them, and sold them to foreign workers who visited the said establishment.
