The defendant, based on the facts charged, graduated from the Korea Navy on March 1975 to the 29 period, was promoted to the Korea Navy on July 200, after he was promoted to the Korea Navy on July 200, the defendant was discharged from the office of the Korea Navy on March 20, 208 and was discharged from the office of the Korea Navy on March 27, 2008, after he was discharged from office as H by March 19, 2010.
