The appeal is dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the lower court is justifiable in determining that proximate causal relation between the deceased’s work and suicide cannot be acknowledged on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, citing the reasoning of the first instance judgment, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding proximate causal relation between the work and the death
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
