Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【2013 Highest 4203】
1. Larceny;
A. At around 07:00 on October 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim B; (b) on the front side of the D Company located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; and (c) committed a theft of KRW 1.4 million at the two-dimensional market price with the victim B, frying away.
B. At around 18:00 on November 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim E, on the street “G” located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) on the street, the victim E, the victim E-owned at the market price was stolen by carrying five cargo laundering machines; (c) air conditioners; (d) 4; (d) TV; (d) 4; (e) 2 air conditioners; and (e) air conditioners on the cargo.
C. At around November 17, 2013, the Defendant stolen the victim H by carrying one and one display stand in front of the “J” store located in G in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, one of the following methods: (a) the market price of the victim H owned by the victim, which was located therein; and (b) the Defendant stolen the victim H by the aforementioned method.
2.
