A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a e-mail vehicle that was parked in front of the additional exhibition center of the D bank located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) opened a e-mail vehicle that was not corrected by the victim B; and (c) carried a bank BC credit card in the name of the victim, who is the market price in which the victim owned.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.
2. At around 20:00 on May 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-face not corrected by the victim F, the ownership of the victim F, who was parked in the H road located in the Busan Jin-gu G; and (b) brought up one credit card and one modern liquor card in the name of the victim, the market value of which is the victim’s possession on the side of the driver’s seat of the said vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.
3. On May 12, 2019, at around 04:27, the Defendant: (a) opened a door-to-face not corrected of LSP vehicle, which is the owner of the victim J, parked in the Busan-gu Office Officetel parking lot; and (b) brought up one home-to-face shopping bag in an amount equivalent to KRW 150,000, the market price of the victim owned by the said vehicle; (c) one home-to-face shopping bag in an amount equivalent to KRW 3,000, market price; and (d) one cityless NHF card credit card in an irregular city.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
4. On May 10, 201, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased an 12,900 won- or less of the market price at the “O convenience store operated by the Victim N in Busan, Busan, Busan, and settled F’s new credit card completion of the F, as described in paragraph (2), as he stated in paragraph (2), by suggesting that he was a legitimate licensee, and using the said credit card from that time until May 12, 2019.
