Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity, or play gambling using such rights.
1. From May 13, 2016 to May 13, 2017, the Defendant deposited at a bank account (Account Number H) to a maximum of 4,870,000 won from the Defendant’s G bank account to the operating account of each gambling site, and deposited at a large of 5,000 won from the Defendant’s G bank account to a large of 4,870,000 won, such as the corresponding game money in Korea and overseas storage, farming district, camping district, etc. with a prior estimate of the result of the sports competition, such as the storage of home and overseas storage, farming district, and camping district, and deposited the game money with a total of 1380 times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1380,510,705,700, and then deposited the game money.
2. From May 1, 2016 to March 15, 2017, the Defendant deposited at the place indicated in paragraph 1, with “E (F)”, a private sports soil site using a computer, etc. from G bank account (Account Number I) under the name of the Defendant to a maximum of KRW 30,000 to the operation account of each gambling site, and deposited at least KRW 5,000 from G bank account under the name of the Defendant to a maximum of KRW 1584,246,40,00,00, and collected the corresponding game money by filling it in Korea and foreign countries, and predicted the result of the sports competition, such as a domestic and foreign stable, deaf-gu, and camping district, and deposited the game money in advance by filling the amount of dividends at a designated rate or betting rate depending on whether it was fit, and then filling the amount of KRW 1584,24,460,00 in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
