A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 24, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch on April 6, 2017 to a fine of KRW 3,500,000 for the same crime. On July 11, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 7,00,000 from the Seo branch branch of the Daegu District Court to a summary order of KRW 3,50,000 for the same crime and filed a request for formal trial on July 11, 2017 to the same crime.

[2] On February 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was driving a D-hurged car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.055% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license, from the four-distance front of this Ri-ri road located in the Gangseo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) around 31st of each other in the same month to the front road of this apartment.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice.

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to a person who has correctly predicted the outcome of sports promotion voting rights or by issuing things similar thereto, or use them for gambling.

Nevertheless, at around March 17, 2016, the Defendant connected to “E”, a private sports soil and entertainment site, using mobile phones, deposited KRW 30,000,000 from the account in the name of the Defendant at Han Bank (F) to the account in the name of the Defendant, which is a corresponding site’s operation account, and deposited the game money in advance by receiving the corresponding game money and predicting the result of the sports games, such as the axiss in Korea and foreign countries, the deaf-gu, Daegu-gu, and the field of money, and gambling in a way that the amount of dividends at a designated rate is refunded or the betting money is lost.
