Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From July 5, 2014 to July 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s residence in Daegu-gu Seo-gu B and 302 with the ID called “E”, “C”; (b) opened the national bank account in the name of the Defendant’s country (F) with G bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (c) transferred KRW 438,510,000 in total over 260 times as shown in the attached crime list (1) with a total amount of KRW 438,510,00,000, to receive the game money used for gambling; and (d) obtained the total amount of KRW 105,05,000,000 from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant’s country (F) with anticipated the outcome of the sports game on board, such as the stable domestic and foreign cattle, the deaf-do, the mouth, and the camping; and (d) obtained the dividend of KRW 405,005.

2. From June 16, 2015 to July 22, 2015, the Defendant connected the Defendant’s residence to “I”, which is the Internet private sports venue, at the above residence of the Defendant, and opened the post office account under the name of the Defendant, which is one half of the company’s deposit account (50350104291) in the above gambling site, from the above national bank account under the name of the Defendant, with the company’s name (50350904291), a total of 31,300,000 won, as shown in the List of Crimes (2) as in the attached Table of Crimes (2), received a charge for the game money used for gambling, and then acquired the game money by means of predicting the outcome of the sports event on board, such as the stable domestic and overseas stable, the deaf-gu, the Embry, and the camping.

As a result, the defendant habitually boomed the Internet sports culture by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things to those who win the results to those who win the results, not the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or the entrusted business entity.
