A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on the grounds that he/she was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on September 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime in the same court.

On April 22, 2017, the Defendant driven Cone Star Cornex in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.093% while under the influence of alcohol level 0.093%, from the road near the Pyeongtaek-dong in Chungcheongnam-si, Namyang-si, to the road 1375 in the same city of longitude.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. Defendant 1 driven without a driver’s license at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1 above, as described in paragraph 1.

B. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant driven a 2K section from May 29, 2017 to the roads front of the opening of the narcotics unit located in 196-4, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, Cheongyang-si, without the driver’s license.

3. No owner of an automobile violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any automobile on a road which has not been covered by mandatory insurance;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place as described in the foregoing Paragraph 1, operated the passenger vehicles as described in the foregoing Paragraph 1, which were not covered by mandatory insurance.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the foregoing Paragraph 2, operated the passenger vehicles as described in the foregoing Paragraph 1, which were not covered by mandatory insurance.
