A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document by using a computer at the office of certified intermediaries C, 101, the Defendant signed G’s name using a pentle attached to his name after preparing and printing “E” in the resident number column, “F” in the resident number column, and “G” in the personal name column.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged a copy of the commercial lease agreement in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant reported the transfer of a real estate brokerage office to a public official who is not aware of the forgery and submitted a copy of the forged commercial lease agreement as stated in paragraph (1) to the public official in charge of the use of the forged commercial building lease as if it were duly formed.
