A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

B. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered “A million won” in the form of a written claim for a deposit held in the said place by using the passbook in the name of the Nong-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 359 without authority for the purpose of exercising the right; (b) stated “AFD” in the final name column; and (c) affixed the seal of the said Nong-gu, the said bank in the name of a private document in relation to the rights and obligations of the Plaintiff; (d) forged one copy of the written claim for a deposit in the name of the said bank in the name of a private document in relation to the rights and obligations by placing the seal of the said bank in the final name; and (e) delivered the forged written claim for a deposit to the FF, who is aware of such fact, in the same form.

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant without authority for the purpose of exercising at the FFFE branch around 13:04.
