Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the defendant B is above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants establish three shower rooms from the second floor of the building in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, in the second floor of the building in Kimpo-si, and operate commercial sex acts establishments with the trade name of "H".
