Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2008, the Defendant: (a) on July 24, 2008, the Jongno-gu Seoul Cbuilding 403 received money from the victim D for the purpose of street funds, and (b) instead of the victim’s intent or ability to find employment of the wife E, the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to give him/her with the victim’s wife E; (c) made the victim’s false statement that “I will give him/her find employment of the wife E”; and (d) obtained the victim’s 10 million won from the victim for the purpose of street funds.
