[Criminal facts]

1. On February 25, 2017, around 22:44, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse of “D” car center located in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) stolen 20 out of a total market value of vehicles owned by the victim E, which was kept in custody at the center, by carrying 300,000 won in a vehicle into the Defendant’sF lower lower-class vehicle.

2. Larceny;

A. The Defendant from around 22:00 on September 3, 2013 to the same month.

4. Around 00:00, the victim I, who was kept outside of the “H” work site located in the Reinforcement-gun G, was stolen by being loaded into the “low-priced vehicle” in a total amount of KRW 50,000 in the market value of the victim I.

B. The Defendant from around 19:00 on August 2, 2015 to the same month

3. Around 08:30 Between the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu and the office of K, “K,” 20 of the total market value of the injured L, which is the victim L, was stolen by carrying 400,000 won on the vehicle and loading 20 of the ship on the vehicle.

On December 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying 20,000 won or more in front of “N” in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; (b) KRW 500,000 of the market value of the victim’s O in front of “N” in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

On February 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at Kimpo-si P around 15:00, the Defendant: (b) at the time of Kimpo-si; (c) at Q. Q. Industry Company, the Victim R was stolen by means of loading 2,00 of the total market value equivalent to KRW 60,000 on the side of the vehicle, and loading 60,000 on another vehicle.

E. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered a warehouse in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 15:00; and (b) cut off seven (7) a middle 100,000 of the market value of the victim U, which is the victim U, by loading it into another vehicle.
