A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B. As a result, the defendant and C stolen property owned by others together.

C. On September 10, 2012, at around 00:00, the Defendant and C moved to load the said ship at the same time with C, which was operated by the victim M in the Chungcheongbuk-gun L, and around 276,000 won at the market price of the victim M owned by the victim M located in the inner open space. The Defendant moved to load the ship at the same time with C. The Defendant moved to load the ship at the same time.

As a result, the defendant and C stolen property owned by others together.
