A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Suwon District Court on August 29, 2012 and two years of suspended execution for the same year.

9.6. This judgment was finalized.

1. A thief: (a) around 01:0 on September 17, 201, the Defendant: (b) up to 01:0, up to KRW 200,00, up to KRW 200,00 in the market value attached to the victim C-owned cargo vehicle; (c) up to KRW 2,000,00 in the market value attached to the victim E-owned vehicle; (d) up to KRW 2,000,00 in the market value attached to the victim H E-owned truck; (e) up to KRW 2,00,00 in the market value attached to the victim H E-owned truck; (e) up to KRW 2,00,000 in the market value attached to the victim K-owned truck; and (e) up to KRW 2,50,000 in the market value of the vehicle attached to the victim K-owned truck; and (e) up to KRW 24,500,000 in the market value of the vehicle.

2. The Defendant of special larceny: (a) on September 29, 201, in collaboration with P, Q, and Q, at the front of the S plant in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si R on September 29, 201; (b) on September 29, 201, Q, at the vicinity of the SP factory in Ansan-si, Q, the Defendant and P, by means of cutting down the strings by using the strawner which was prepared in advance and separating the distribution box for automobiles from the body of the vehicle in a way that separates it from the body of the vehicle; (c) on the 2.80,000 won of the market price attached to the UT-owned vehicle of the victim T, the 2.80,000 won of the vehicle’s market price attached to the ZF-type vehicle; and (d) on the ZF-mixed vehicle owned by the victim, the 2.2.00,000 won of the vehicle in the market price of the vehicle.
