A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and for six months, each of the defendants B.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall receive, administer, or cultivate or possess marijuana, the psychotropic drugs-related metropic clophophones (hereinafter referred to as "copphones"), and no person shall smoke in marijuana.

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant B

A. At around 22:00 on March 2013, the Defendant received philophones without compensation by giving a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.03g of philophones to A at the residence of D apartment 403 - 504 - from the mid-to long-term 22:0.

B. At around 22:00 on April 5, 2013, the Defendant received philophones by giving a disposable injection machine with approximately 0.03g of philophones to A at the foregoing place.

2. Defendant A

A. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on the date that was later on March 2013; (b)

the place mentioned in paragraph 1(a).

As described in paragraph (1), 0.03 g of philophones, which are contained in B for a disposable injection, dices into coffee without compensation.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted and administered philophones.

B. The Defendant around April 5, 2013, around 22:00, at the same place as above, set forth in Article 1-b.

As described in the paragraph, approximately 0.03 g of philophones entered from B for a single-use injection is collected without compensation and dilution is made into the Defendant’s left part.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted and administered philophones.

C. At around 16:00 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant possessed marijuana by drying and storing approximately 4.17g of the hemp plant at the foregoing place.

At around 20:00 on July 26, 2013, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant by inserting the fluencies in possession of the hemp plant in a gambling place and attaching a fire thereto at the aforementioned places.

E. At around 20:00 on July 28, 2013, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant in a non-fluent manner as above at the above place.

F. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant stated above around 20:00.
