A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by the Suwon District Court for obstructing the exercise of rights, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 10, 2014.
