A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the unlawful use of air defense, and the Defendant: (a) laid off the registration number plate B from D, a lander, for the purpose of exercising it, on the street in front of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; and (b) attached it to a motorcycle reported SL125U (motor vehicle number E).

Accordingly, the defendant used the above registration number plate which is the air defense and the two-wheeled automobile number plate.

2. From the date and time indicated in paragraph (1) to July 11, 2016, the Defendant used the illegally used air unit by operating the SL125U motorcycle, which was attached the registration number plate at the Japanese belt in Seoul, from the date and time indicated in paragraph (1) to July 18, 2016.

3. He/she shall not operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

Nevertheless, around 11:09 on July 18, 2016, the Defendant operated the motor bicycle specified in Paragraph 1, which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

4. Around 11:09 on July 18, 2016, the Defendant driving a motorcycle as referred to in paragraph (1) from the front side of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Road without a motorcycle driver’s license.
