Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2. Fraud;

C. On April 28, 2014, at around 13:37, the criminal defendant against the victim H expressed a false statement that he/she sold the wall by accessing Internet NAV G car page, and that he/she sent money to the victim H who reported and contacted.
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not intend to sell lock.
