A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 6, 2015, around 15:40, in E managed by the victim D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, the Defendant issued orders for food of KRW 124,00 as if he had no cash in the number at the time and had no intent or ability to pay the food cost due to the fact that he had no intent or capacity to pay the food cost, and he would normally pay the food cost. The Defendant received food of KRW 124,00 at the market price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. When the victim D (the age of 71, female) was demanded to pay the food cost at the time, place, as stated in paragraph 1, the Defendant used the victim’s timber part once and pushed the victim over the floor.

3. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place, set forth in Paragraph 1, the victim F (the age of 59) was scambling the Defendant, brought the victim’s back back back one time, brought the victim’s back back as a hand, and scam the main part of the victim’s back was 2 times, and the victim’s face was taken by drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim with dangerous things.
