1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant C’s KRW 2 million and as to this, 5% per annum from September 21, 2017 to February 27, 2019.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 31, 2014, Defendant C, along with G, H, I, J, K, K, L, and M, the merchants of the F market, sold the shares only KRW 10,000 won per week at the N Center of Chang-si, Chang-si, and the F market is a malicious person who is operated in the name of the Plaintiff’s company. ② The sale of the shares only KRW 5,50 million at the State-owned land was not known, and how much sold it to the merchants, and ③ the Plaintiff sold the national subsidy collection facility without paying a percentage of the electricity payment paid by the merchants for the last one year, and ③ the Plaintiff distributed the false information to many and unspecified visitors, stating that the certificate of seal imprinting the Articles of incorporation was changed, and that the Plaintiff’s use of the shares was a notarial act that may give up property known to the merchants.
As a result, Defendant C, in collusion with G, damaged the Plaintiff’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts.
B. The Defendants, as the merchants of the F market, P, Q, R, H, M, T, U, V, W, K, J,Y, Y, Z, Z, UAB, AB, AC, AE, AE, AF, AF, I, AI, AJ, AJ, AK, AK, AL, AM, and I, as well as AF, AF, AF, I, AI, AJ, AL, AM, AM, and I at India prior to the 2nd office of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor's Office located in the area of the F market, on November 5, 2014, and provided relief to the same content.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with P et al. to insult the Plaintiff.
C. On December 17, 2014, Defendant B, C, and E, the merchants of the F market, placed a flick card with the content that “the Plaintiff who was replaced by fraud” in the front of the Gwangju District Public Prosecutor’s Office located in the Dong-dong, Gwangju District Public Prosecutor’s Office, and carried out relief in the same content.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with AO, etc. to publicly insult the Plaintiff.
