1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 3, 2014 to the date of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a corporation for the purpose of construction business, etc., and a corporation B (hereinafter “B”) is a subcontractor who subcontracted part of C middle school construction works (hereinafter “instant construction works”) from the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is the representative director B.

B. The Plaintiff’s subcontracting, etc. of the instant construction project to B was awarded a contract for the instant construction project by the Jeonnam-do Office of Education, and on June 1, 2012, the Plaintiff’s subcontracting of the instant construction project constitutes a reinforced concrete construction among the instant construction works (hereinafter “instant reinforced concrete construction”).

(i)The total contract amount of the 1,597,200,000 won for the instant reinforced concrete construction (i.e., KRW 535,700,000 for the instant reinforced concrete construction project, including value added tax, hereinafter the same shall apply) and/or value added tax.
