Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was the head of the D election campaign’s supporters’ association registered as a preliminary candidate for C political party in the 21st election for the National Assembly member (hereinafter “B”), and D is a person who was elected as a candidate for C political party in the 21st election for the 21st National Assembly member election district implemented on April 15, 2020.

On January 31, 2020, the Defendant gather seven persons, including G, H, I, J, and three persons who are in a constituency or have a connection with a electoral resident even if they are located in a constituency outside of the constituency, at the “F restaurant” located in E around 19:00, and then, I think that the economic person such as D candidates will be elected to the National Assembly member and lead K.

D is an economic person from L, and it is a person whose high school-strokes up to the regular course of business, and is a large and sincere person.

The president of G with high reputation actively supported D candidates, and provided seven members, such as the above G, who participated in meals, with food equivalent to KRW 140,00,00.

As a result, the defendant provided 7 persons, such as G, who are in the constituency for D in relation to the election of the 21st National Assembly member, or who are in the constituency for the election district for the 21st National Assembly member, with food of 140,000 won in total.
