Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 19, 2014, the Defendant and the Defendant conspired to forge a certificate of employment under the name of the president of the C Association, an incorporated association, for the purpose of using B in obtaining loans from a non-permanent place.

이에 따라 B는 2014. 3. 20. 경 군포시 D 210동 906호에 있는 B의 집에서 컴퓨터를 이용하여 그 무렵 피고인이 이메일로 보내준 불상의 양식에 “ 재직증명서, 소속 : ( 사단법인) C, 직위 : 음악 교습( 우쿨렐레), 성명 : B, 생년월일 : E., 입사 일 : 2013. 05. 13., 주민등록번호 : F, 주소 : 경기도 군포시 D 210동 906호, 상기 근로자는 현재 당사에 재직하고 있음을 증명합니다.,

On March 2014, 2014, "C Association President G" was written, and printed out, and the defendant affixed the official seal of the head of the association at his own discretion prior to being posted on G's name located on the above output in the vicinity of the H apartment during Ansan-gu around March 21, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, forged a certificate of employment in the name of the president of the above association, which is a private document related to the proof of facts.

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. On March 07, 2014, "C Association President G" was written and printed out, and the official seal of C Association President at his own discretion was affixed to G's name.

Accordingly, the defendant is the president of the above incorporated association, who is a private document to prove facts for the purpose of uttering.
