Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes related to recommendations to appoint the president of the Association and reports on the election of the representatives of a general meeting;

A. On February 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the communication from the B Association offices located in Ulsan-gu C and 2, Ulsan-gu, and from D, the president of the Association, to the effect that the Defendant would not use the official seal of the president of the Association without the prior consent of the president of the Association; (b) but received a request from the Association to send a notice of the result of the local council’s election resolution; (c) stated the result of election of the president of the Association and the representatives of the general assembly, and affixed the official seal of the president of the Association on the documents of “B Association’s proposal to appoint the president of the Association and the general assembly to exercise

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, has forged the report of appointment of B Association president in the name of B Association president, B Association president, and the election of general assembly representatives.

B. The Defendant: (a) sent the report of appointment of the president of the Association Association and the election of the representatives of the general assembly under the name of D, as described in the foregoing paragraph, to employees in charge of the Association, who are not aware of the forgery at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph; and (b) subsequently sent the report as if they were duly prepared.

2. Crimes related to the loading and unloading of ports, wages agreements, and welfare agreements;

A. On February 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the communication from the office of the Association, the office of the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, the second floor; (b) from D, the president of the Association, that the Defendant would not use the official seal of the president of the Association without the prior consent of the president of the Association; (c) but, for the purpose of executing the Convention without the prior consent of the president of the Association in order to additionally describe the G Co., Ltd. as a new member of the Association as of February 12, 2019, as of February 12, 2019, with the aim of executing the Convention without the consent of the president of the Association.
