1. Basic facts

A. On October 20, 2009, Defendant B entered into an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the insured as the Defendant A (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. After the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, Defendant A received hospitalized treatment for two days from March 5, 2010 to March 6, 2010 at C Hospital as well as for two days from March 5, 2010, as indicated in the following table, for 26 times from March 5, 2010 to February 12, 2015.
