1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 30, 2009, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the insured as Nonparty B, the Defendant’s mother, and the beneficiary, as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. B, after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract from April 9, 2010 to April 13, 2010, the C Hospital received hospitalized treatment for five days under the name of “satise and native” in the C Hospital as well as for three times from April 9, 2010 to March 1, 2014, as indicated in the following table:
