Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Busan District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act. On January 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Busan District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act, but on April 25, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of 0.097% of alcohol during blood on April 25, 2016, while driving the said vehicle at approximately two km from the number of audiences located near the Busan East East Coast Police Station near Busan East-dong Police Station to the Busan High High Sea Transportation Zone.
