Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding six million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 200,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on October 22, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on November 1, 2010.
