A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2017, the Defendant driven B K3 cars under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.077% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle at a section of about 600 meters in front of “ Samsung Life” located in the same Gu and located in the same Gu, on the road near the Busan-gu Busan-dong where the trade name in Busan-dong cannot be known, around June 20, 2017.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. For the same reasons as paragraph 2, at the same time, at a place as Paragraph 2, the Defendant pretended to F of the border belonging to the above police station C, and caused F to enter F’s personal information into a portable information device (PDA), and signed F’s name on the name side of the device.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged his signature of E without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.

B. The Defendant is F without knowing the forgery at the same time and at the same place.
