A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

(2) Around November 17, 2015, the post office account was opened at the Dong-dong Office, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and the post office account was opened at the Dong-dong, Cheongju-si, and was held by the Defendant on the same day. Around November 17, 2015, C’s seal affixed to C, which was kept in his name, was forged, and submitted to the employee in charge of issuing the card under his name, as the document was duly formed. Around the same day, the office account was opened at the Dong-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, and submitted to the employee in charge of issuing the card under his name, as the document duly duly formed.

C. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant entered “D” in the “name” column, “resident registration number” in the “name” column, and “vocational address” in “Cheongju-si G 101-*****” and “vocational” in the “name” column in the form of an application for membership without authority, and signed the “D” as “D” with the signature of “D” and submitted it to the employees of the post office under his/her name, as if the document was duly completed.

On November 17, 2015, the Defendant, at the Hyundai department store member service center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, with no authority, stated “D” and “Ma-gu address” as “D” on the paper for the Hyundai department store member card member application, without authority, in the form for the purpose of exercising the authority, the Defendant, without authority, stated “D” and “Ma-gu address” on the paper for the Hyundai department store member card member application form, and submitted it to the employee in charge of issuing the card under his/her name, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of D, signed next to the name, and signed by the applicant’s name.
