1. The Defendant: (a) from April 3, 2014, to Plaintiff A, KRW 148,015,687, and KRW 115,123,312 and each of the above amounts.

1. Basic facts

A. The land survey division prepared by the Korea-U.S. Special Self-Governing Land Survey Division with respect to the Gwangju-gun of Gwangju-do (hereinafter “instant land survey division”) around 1911 is registered as the E (hereinafter “F”) with the domicile in Yangju-gun as the situation of the foregoing G No. 1,905 (hereinafter “instant assessment land”).

B. The name of the administrative district was changed to Hdong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul through the following process:

(B) On March 1, 1914, the Act on the Change of the Jurisdiction of Hdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Presidential Decree No. 7816), the Regulation on October 1, 1979 concerning the Extension and Change of the District of Hdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Presidential Decree No. 7816), the Regulation on October 1, 1979 on the Change of the District of Hdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Presidential Decree No. 9630) of the Regulation on the Establishment and Coordination of Seven-gu District of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (Presidential Decree No. 9630) of the Rules on the Change of the District of Hdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government (Presidential Decree No. 9630) on March 1, 1979.

C. On March 20, 1953, the assessment land of this case was divided into 217 J-Road and 38 B-K on March 20, 1953, following the process of change of the name of administrative district, land category, and area conversion.

Article 16 (1) of the former Cadastral Act (wholly amended by Act No. 2801 of Dec. 31, 1975) provides that "in respect of the partitioned land, the number of each land shall be set by putting a code on the lot number before subdivision and setting the lot number of each land". However, G, the main number at the time of the said subdivision, which is the main number, appears to have been closed.

After subdivision, J-Road 217 was a bank and bank site at the time of construction of L and river structures (hereinafter “instant construction”) executed by the Defendant with the approval of the Minister of Construction and Transportation on August 18, 1975 (No. 61 of May 2, 1975) (hereinafter “instant construction”).

E. J-Road 217 square meters was 717 square meters in accordance with the conversion of the area dated June 24, 1977.

(hereinafter referred to as “instant land,” regardless of whether it was before or after the conversion of the said area.
