Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The land survey division prepared by the shipbuilding General Do governor and the Provisional Land Survey Bureau in around 1912 during the Japanese occupation period of 1912, which is the fact-finding title, stated that the Gyeonggi-do 502 square meters (hereinafter “D Forest”) and the above E Forest No. 435 square meters (hereinafter “E Forest”) were under the circumstances of “C”.
